So we quickly developed a white, reflective cover cream with the thought that its protective barrier requirements could effectively be thought of as another skin with the added benefit of having antibacterial qualities for skin that was damaged and under stress.FiltaBac Cream did the job and the real benefit of the cream was quickly recognised.The barrier cover of the FiltaBac Cream simulated the properties of undamaged skin, plus, the sun block properties minimised any further damage.The consistency and the phasing of the creams structure mimics the skins properties allowing transpiration of the covered area and prevents intrusion of external contaminants while also binding soluble constituents such as chemicals and antigens. |
